Returns Procedure

    • In addition to your right to cancel orders (see the Cancellation section), customers may return Products for any reason within twenty-eight (28) days of the dispatch date. This is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.

      If you wish to return any Products purchased on our Website please package them well to prevent any damage during transport and send the parcel back to the return address shown on the paperwork included with your delivery. We sadly do not cover the cost of the return and we therefore would recommend to check around locally to find the best price.

      Please ensure that you COMPLETE the RETURNS NOTE on the reverse of your dispatch note and include it inside your package. We recommend that you use a "signed for" delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Sorry, but items purchased from our Website may not be returned via any of our retailer partners, as selections and styles vary from retailer to retailer.

      We encourage to you to indicate the REASON FOR RETURN on the returns note using the CODES provided and, in the case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in the space provided. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.
